I have a RPi2 running the latest OSMC and I have a similar problem. In my case those artifacts are not necessarily just green (as you can see on my attached image). I tried to switch to bob(x2), but it doesn’t made it better. I also tried to add v3d_limiter=0x1880f1 to the config.txt, but I didn’t observed any difference. I tried with both adv(x2) and bob(x2). My RPi is not overclocked. I was not sure if @the_bo owns an overclocked RPI2 or RPI3, because of the arm_freq=1200 in the kodi.log, so I was afraid to set the sdram related settings in my config.txt.
Do you have any suggestion what should I try?
Can it be related to this problem? https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware/commit/debe2d29bbc3df84f74672fae47f3a52fd0d40f1
I’m using WinTV-HVR 930c tuner with Tvheadend. Tvheadend and Kodi are running on the same RPi2. If I open the Tvheadend stream on any other devices (laptop, phone, tablet) the stream is ok and the problem is not present.
